Grade‑1 black recycled PVC pellets
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC is a versatile general‑purpose thermoplastic. It achieves both rigidity and flexibility. By adding varying amounts of plasticizers, it can be processed into rigid profiles or flexible films. It delivers good comprehensive properties including flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, favorable electrical insulation and relatively high mechanical strength. It is low‑cost and offers remarkable cost‑performance. Nevertheless, it has limited heat resistance (typical service temperature not exceeding 60 °C) and poor stability against heat and light, therefore stabilizers must be added during processing.
Main Applications
Rigid products: largely used in construction materials such as water supply and drainage pipes, door‑window profiles and wall panels; also applied for chemical storage tanks and electronic product housings.
Flexible products: widely used for wire and cable insulation layers, artificial leather, packaging films, raincoats, toys, sandals, vinyl flooring and wallpaper.
